Using this website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our hotel, rooms, dining, events and guest services. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Images are indicative and features may vary.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for us to contact you; it does not create a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed once our team has contacted you and agreed the details. Rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Rates and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

The casino

Our on-site casino is a facility available exclusively to resort guests aged 20 years and over. Access is subject to identification and to our house rules. Casino access is not sold online and is not included in any accommodation package.

Age requirement

Parts of our resort, including the casino, are restricted to guests aged 20 and over (R20). We may ask for valid identification.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and design on this website are owned by or licensed to PrimeWharf Hospitality Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.
